Based on the specific scans that are ran, the practitioner will get detailed feedback about the clients potential stress, nutritional deficiencies, sensitivities, toxins, environmental stressors, and even supplements the clients body may need. The Qest4 system is not designed to diagnose, treat or cure but help facilitate the body to energetically reestablish and regain homeostasis.
During the testing process, the body selects specific information, which is then imprinted into a medium “bioenergetic drops” using the Qest4 system. This works like a software update for the body. We believe that when the right communication is restored, the body can naturally reduce or eliminate signs of imbalance. Simply send in a small hair sample—just a few strands from your head (no pubic hair, please). You can collect them from your hairbrush if needed. Alternatively, you may submit a fingernail clipping or a cheek swab using a clean Q-tip. It’s quick and easy—and the results can be truly remarkable!

No, we do not perform DNA testing. Bioenergetic scanning operates on entirely different principles than traditional DNA testing. As such, it is not considered a diagnostic method, but rather a way to evaluate energetic patterns and imbalances in the body.
Absolutely! Since this type of testing assesses the body at the energetic and informational level—rather than the physical or chemical level—hair that has been colored will not impact the accuracy of the results.
At Sozo Health & Vitality, we’re happy to offer a full refund for bioenergetic scanning services, provided your sample kit has not yet been shipped or scanned. Once the scan has been completed and results have been delivered, we are unable to issue a refund.
